Terms & Conditions

At Highway 181 Express we offer a specialised courier service to our customers. As such, our customers are advised to provide clear instructions when making bookings to ensure that we can pick up and deliver your goods on time. Customers are encouraged to call or make bookings online before a quote is sent out for every job. Upon your acceptance of our quote, payment is required in full and is to be made electronically, prior to the provision of our services.

Our Premium Express service is one we offer for urgent deliveries any day of the week including after hours, weekends and public holidays. Customers are encouraged to enquire or call for a quote. Please note that whilst we aim to please, this service is subject to our availability and any special circumstances we may need to cater to on the booking day.

Any errors in pick up or delivery information can quickly and easily be resolved by calling us on 0403 210 820.

Our website uses contemporary website design technology and capturing methods across desktop and mobile devices to collect visitor information. We do not sell, share or trade the information we collect with any other party whatsoever. We handle your details with care and in the first instance, we will only use it for the purpose of being able to contact you during the processing of your job.
